Deposit and Refund Policy

Deposit and Refund Policy:
To reserve your accommodations a deposit is required. The deposit should be in the form of a personal check or money order received within ten days of your reservation. (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express may be accepted.)

Cancellation Charges

ALL cancellations are charged a $40 administrative fee per accommodation, regardless of when those cancellations are received.

Cancellations received more than 30 days in advance of the first date of arrival are reimbursed in full less the administrative fee. (Please note: This policy does not apply to weddings and larger groups which are handled separately and on an individual basis.)

Cancellations received 30 days or less from the first date of arrival will not be reimbursed regardless of resale of the accommodation(s).
